Welcome to this week's newsletter. So the golf season may have to an end, but we still have The Masters to look forward to and we've got some news for you on that plus we find out how our professionals have done out on the course this past week. Enjoy the read.

The Masters

4 weeks until Augusta

After what has been a strange year for everybody, things are about to get even weirder with The Masters being played in November for the first time in its history.

Fortunately one thing that is staying the same is our fantastic annual Masters sweepstake. A hugely popular event with members at the club and a chance to win some seriously good prizes! Speak to a member of the team to make sure you don't miss out!

Masters Coaching Sweepstake

For the first time this year we will be running an additional sweepstake alongside our usual The Masters sweepstake, which will be The Masters coaching sweepstake. If you are thinking about purchasing some lessons or looking to improve your game, then this will be right up your street.

All of our professional's lessons & packages are up for grabs and could be yours for absolutely nothing if any of these 3 past champions (Tiger Woods, Patrick Reed, Sergio Garcia) win this year's Masters.

All you have to do is select one of those three past champions and pay for your lesson/ lesson packages prior to the opening round of The Masters. On completion of the tournament, if your selected player has come up trumps you will receive every penny of lessons paid back to you.

Entry opens on Sunday 1st November and lessons can then be booked in post the completion of the 2020 Masters, please talk to a member of staff for any more information.

Loyalty Membership edges closer

Last week we briefly told you about our upcoming loyalty membership which is open from Sunday 1st November.

The time to renew your membership is fast approaching in order for your 10% discount to continue throughout 2021. All you will need to do is spend £50 between Sunday 1st November & Thursday 31st December.

If you're reading this and wondering what is Loyalty Membership, the likelihood is you've already missed out on some big savings this year! Don't make the same mistake again with 10% OFF every purchase you make from The Pro Shop in 2021.

If you want to become a Loyalty Member then all you have to do is spend £100 between the same dates as existing Loyalty Members (1st November to 31st December).

Autumn & Winter is now well upon us and so is our fantastic new ranges of clothing from Peter Millar, Under Armour & FootJoy. This past Saturday was certainly a chillier one than of late and members took advantage of some new jackets & gilets which are now in stock.

Pro's news

Professional performances all round

In last week's newsletter we told you how well our two new recruits Sian & Jordan have taken to their new roles at the club. It was great to see them representing Rochester & Cobham in their respective professional tournaments this past week, which proved a hugely successful one for both.

Firstly, Sian won the PGA Foxhills Pro - Am with a fantastic score of -6. Jordan was also competing in the British PGA Professional Championship last week at Trentham Golf Club.This is the stand out event in the PGA Professional calendar and with a fantastic score of 12 under par over 4 rounds this was good enough for 2nd place in a stellar field. Along with a healthy cheque Jordan also now qualifies for the PGA Play Off's, where he has a chance of earning a spot into next year's BMW Championship at Wentworth & European Tour British Masters.
