125 SUMMER BALL - Saturday 9th July

A number of members, whilst playing in the Captain's Prize, expressed an interest in booking some places for this event. As the Ball is Saturday week, we really need to know final numbers, so if you wish to book, please do so at the bar, as soon as possible.

Captain's Prize.

Well done to everyone who played and got soaked on Saturday and to all those that supported the Sunday competition. Congratulations to the winner, Sean Murphy, who scored 41 points off a handicap of 5. On behalf of all those that took part over the weekend, a big, big thank you to "Terry & his hula hula girls" it was great fun down at the hut.

Sunday Lunch - 3rd July

There are still some places available for this Sunday. Please book at the bar. And members, if you are inviting family & friends to lunch, so save embarrassment on the day, please make them aware of our dress code.

Rainfall

Just to let you know that we have had 6" of rainfall so far in June alone. The course, whilst playable, thanks to the labours of our green staff, is still very wet in places. Please help your course by avoiding all wet areas, by not taking your trolley between bunker & green and especially if you are a buggy driver, please keep well clear of all greens and teeing areas.
